MEET JANICE:
Janice graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario in 1980. She has been working with Dr. Crossman since his practice began in 1983 and, although she still provides dental hygiene care on a part-time basis, Janice is the Treatment Coordinator. She enjoys getting to know our new patients at their initial visit before they see Dr. Crossman, and reviews with them the recommended treatment plan after Dr. Crossman has completed the examination.
Janice is married with a teenage son and daughter who also happen to be twins and a four year old dalmation. Her leisure activities include cooking, reading, walking and travel.
MEET BETTY:
Betty is usually the first person that you will speak to on the phone and see as you enter our office. She has been our patient care coordinator since 1998, but has been working in the dental field since her graduation from the Dental Assisting program at Niagara College in 1977. You will find Betty very helpful in scheduling your appointments, processing dental claims and answering your administrative questions.
Betty's interests include playing the piano and flute, gardening and reading. She is married and has a daughter and son attending university.

Sonia is very hard-working, professional and motivated in educating our patients on how to maintain their oral hygiene.
Sonia has a new husband and a new home and enjoys travelling, biking and movies.
